This Race and Accommodation Package includes race entry to IRONMAN New Zealand or IRONMAN 70.3 New Zealand, transfers from Auckland International Airport, day trip to Wai-o-tapu Thermal Wonderland and local accomodation.
Everything you need to take part in the number 1 ranked IRONMAN event in the world.
Day 1: Arrival into Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city. Take the opportunity to stretch the legs with a scenic run along the iconic waterfront. Enjoy a relaxed evening and get accustomed to your new southern hemisphere time zone.
Day 2 takes us south to Taupo, the home of IRONMAN New Zealand. We will stop at the magnificent Wai-o-Tapu Thermal Wonderland along the way, arriving at our destination in time for athlete registration.
Day 3 is race preparation day and registration for 70.3 athletes. Enjoy the time to explore this Lakeside township and to familiarise yourself with the transitions and racecourse.
Day 4 is race day at IRONMAN New Zealand.
Day 5 returns you to Auckland city after completion of the Kona roll down. We will have you back in time for afternoon flights or help you check into your next accommodation.

1500 – Optional run for those who have arrived early Auckland waterfront ~10km

Day 2 - Taupo - Thur 1st Mar
Taupo via Wai O Tapu

0800 – Checkout and depart 1015 – Arrive at Wai-o-Tapu Thermal Wonderland

1400 – Athlete check-in
