This 13 Day tour showcases the best of the North Island. Our carefully crafted itinerary allows you swim, bike and run along the way, to maintain your fitness during the tapering phase and to really experience this wonderful location.

Starting in New Zealand’s largest city you will have the opportunity to take in the iconic Auckland waterfront. Opt for a group swim or run before we depart for the scenic far-north and the Bay of Islands.
Day 2 and 3 takes part in Pahia – tests out your cycle legs with a gentle group ride along the coastline to the historical township of Russell. Experience a Maori cultural performance and learn about our interesting history during a guided tour in Waitangi, the birthplace of our nation. Swim or run any time right from your front door!
Day 4 and 5 takes you south to Raglan – Witness the world class left-hand surf break and enjoy the chilled out lifestyle of NZ’s premier surf town. Join the group for a BRIC training activity that gives an opportunity to stretch your legs and take in the quaint harbour-side setting.
Day 6 – 8 takes you inland to the geothermal playground of Rotorua. Journey to Middle Earth to visit the home of Frodo and the brave Hobbits of The Shire. Marvel at the natural wonders of the world famous Waitomo Glow Worm Caves™. See our rare native birds at the Kiwi house and bird sanctuary. Get into your groove with a Mini Tri at Rotorua’s Blue Lake, then take some time to explore the fascinating geothermal region.
Day 7 take us on a day trip to the east coast township of Mt Maunganui (The Mount).Take the opportunity to swim, bike or run on the fast flat course that hosts the Tauranga Half. Explore the scenic surrounds of this surf spot and and enjoy the cafés and restaurants at this scenic beachside location.
Days 9 – 11 return you inland to the central plateau, the mighty Lake Taupo and the home of Ironman in New Zealand. Enjoy free time, optional adventure activities and soak up the excitement and surroundings as you prepare for the big race day.
Day 12 we return to Auckland, City of Sails. Celebrate with the group and share a final farewell meal together. (Or if time is a concern, catch a late afternoon/evening flight home)
